SHIPPING & RETURNS/REFUNDS


   SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday through Friday. Home delivery is Tuesday through Saturday. International orders will ship via FedEx International Economy. You will be able to review and choose your shipping option in the checkout process.


FedEx Ground Shipping & International Economy

Orders shipped via standard ground will ship within three to five business days and are usually received within five to ten business days.


FedEx 2 Day

2nd day shipping requests received by 10 a.m. eastern time will be shipped the same day (as material availability allows). Orders received after 10 a.m. central time will ship the following business day (as material availability allows).


FedEx 1 Day

1 day shipping requests received by 10 a.m. eastern time will be shipped the same day (as material availability allows). Orders received after 10 a.m. central time will ship the following business day (as material availability allows).



   RETURNS


If you are not satisfied with your artwork for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You are responsible for returning the artwork in its original packaging at your own expense. We recommend using a shipping method that offers a tracking number to confirm the returned product has been delivered to our facility. Country Club Editions will not accept returns outside of the 30 day window of receipt. To initiate a return and receive a return authorization number, please email us at: info@countryclubeditions.com After we receive your artwork, you will receive an email with a confirmation that we received the art and information about your refund. There is a $30.00 restocking fee per piece on all returned items that will be deducted from your refund amount. (Refunds do not include any shipping costs.) Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing. Please send returns to the following address and be sure to reference your original order number and/or return authorization number:


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please notify us for a hassle-free replacement or refund. Customer upload prints may be eligible for a damage replacement only for structural damage of artwork. (This does not include image quality, which is subject to the quality of your specific file uploaded). To initiate a damage claim or request a reprint please email us at: info@countryclubeditions.com. Please include the following details that apply to your case in your email:

       A photo of the damage to your artwork and a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This is for us to evaluate the damage and approve your request.
       Your order number with a brief description of the damage. Please let us know if you'd like a replacement or a refund.
